We are closed all public holidays.
We are available to take phone calls and are usually in studio during these times:
Tues – Sat: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Our phone may forward to a staff member, so always best to try your luck after hours!
PICK UPS
We are usually in the studio and available for your pick ups between these times:
Mon: Closed
Tues – Fri: 8:30am – 2:00pm
Sat: 8:30am – 12:00pm
Sun: Closed
If you would like to pick up your order outside of these hours please let us know. We are a studio and not a shop! Please let us know beforehand if you plan to come visit.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries will occur any time within the time window below.
Tues – Sat : 10:30am – 5:30pm
Occasionally our couriers will collect your order prior to 10:30am, however most deliveries will only occur within the window above.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific time deliveries except for orders above $350. We suggest if you need the order for a specific time to Pick up in studio. You can select any half-hour slot between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm (Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm) to pick up at our Bayswater studio. The alternative option is to order an Uber Package via your Uber App to order an Uber Package to pick up your balloons for you anytime before 2:00pm Tuesday to Friday, and 12:00pm on Saturdays.
GARLAND INSTALLATIONS
We can organise an on time garland installation to suit your event needs. Sundays and out of business hour installations will incur an additional fee. We are currently unable to take any bookings for Monday.

Sun: Can be arranged for bookings over $800 (will include Sunday surcharge)
Garland Pick Ups
All standard weekday garland pick ups occur between Tuesday – Friday, we do try to collect hired items earlier in the week. If you require a next day or same day pick up, it will need to be scheduled in with our pick up route, and will incur a surcharge of $100. Please confirm with your venue if they are able to hold the hired items for a weekday pick up as we are unable to collect items on Sunday/Monday.
