BALLOON GARLAND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Luna Balloon Club reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Using this website signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. By proceeding with this order, and in the instance the garland is not using a structure and may hang off the wall you have agreed to using the following:
- Command hooks
- Use of fishing line
- Adhesive dots
Any possible damage to walls is up to your discretion.
Luna Balloon Club will require a 50% deposit to be paid 48 hours after agreement of order to secure a booking. The remaining 50% deposit is to be paid 5 days before the event date. If a last minute order placed within 24 hours of the event date is made, we will require a full payment of the order.
Balloon Garland installation cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Exceptions for this are where the event, collection and agreed delivery date is within 48 hours of the original order date. If your event is within the 48 hour timeframe of your order date, and the booking has been cancelled, no refund will be eligible. We cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours of the order placement, if a cancellation is made after 24 hours we will be unable to provide a refund.
If Government Restrictions prevent the event from being held, illness occurs, or an agreed postponement has been discussed between Luna Balloon Club and the customer, you may rearrange a delivery date within 12 months of the original booking date, or offer a credit on your order to be redeemed within a 12 month period.
Our delivery fee is an additional charge, and is calculated depending on the delivery location. Our delivery fee also includes balloon garland set up and pick up after the event. We will pick up the frame within 7 days after the event. Customers will be contacted by Luna Balloon Club to arrange a suitable collection time. This availability will depend on our delivery route for the day.
Sunday delivery and set up will incur a weekend surcharge of $100.00. Customers booking for Sunday will be charged their usual delivery and set up fee, and the surcharge.
Frame and backdrop hire
Our frames and backdrops are available for individual hire. Frame and backdrop availability depends on bookings, as frames are required for balloon garlands we encourage our customers to book ahead of time to ensure availability. In the circumstance of last minute frame and backdrop bookings, we will have to confirm availability, delivery and collection. Delivery and pick up fees incur with individual frame and backdrop hire. If you would like to collect the frame or backdrop from our studio in West Perth, we request that you hold onto the bubble wrap that will protect the frame. We ask our customers to rewrap the frame in this bubble wrap to protect it on its return back to our studio.
Luna Balloon Club advises customers to double check the dimensions of the frame or backdrop to ensure it will fit in your vehicle.
Damages to property
Luna Balloon Club reserves the right to hold on file a credit card security form. This is to be completed when the order is placed. If irreparable damage occurs to the property, we will charge your credit card at x5 the hire fee, and an additional 10% administration fee. Please see our definition of damaged property:
- Frame has been bent or broken in any form
- Damage to paint, including chipped, scratched and cracked acrylic
- Glue, burns or stains on fabric or surfaces
- Holes, tears, cuts or pulls in fabric
- Weather damage from being left outside
- Damage to the structure of equipment due to incorrect use
Balloon Purchase and Inflation
We are able to sell individual balloons if you would like to make your own garland. We are unable to inflate balloons purchased outside of Luna Balloon Club.
